If you are an experienced Cook wishing to join a skilled, professional culinary team, look no further! The beautiful Zermatt Utah (aka Zermatt Resort & Spa) in Midway, Utah - just minutes from Park City - is seeking qualified, experienced Line Cooks & Prep Cooks to fill full-time, part-time, on call, seasonal & internship positions in the kitchens for our two restaurants: Wildfire Smokehaus & Z's Steak & Chop Haus. 

Line Cooks are responsible for assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation for Wildfire Smokehaus & Z's Steak & Chop Haus Restaurants, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef. Line Cooks must maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. This position also assists other cooks with preparation of meals for our Banquets Department and set up for the restaurants, as needed. Will also perform banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.

Previous culinary experience required, and 1+ year of previous banquet/restaurant cooking experience strongly preferred. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Utah Food Handler permit. Must be able to stand, bend & lift for extended periods of time. Must be able to perform all essential functions of this position in an efficient, professional manner. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends (including Sundays) & holidays, as needed.
