If you are an experienced Cook wishing to join a skilled, professional culinary team, look no further! The beautiful Zermatt Utah located in Midway, Utah - just minutes from Park City - is seeking a qualified, experienced Line/Prep/Breakfast Cook to fill a full-time position. The Line/Prep/Breakfast Cook is responsible for assisting with all aspects of breakfast preparation and presentation for Wildfire Smokehaus (our casual dining restaurant), ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef. They must maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. This individual will also assist other cooks with preparation and set up for the restaurant, as needed. May also perform banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Executive or Sous Chef. One year of previous culinary experience required. Must have or be able to obtain a valid Utah Food Handler permit. Must be willing/able to work mornings, weekends, holidays and some evenings, as needed.
