Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa is seeking a part-time temporary Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our HR team! The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all administrative functions for the HR office including filing, data entry, posting jobs, new hire paperwork processing, PTO processing, reconciling HR-related billings, and completing other Human Resource functions & projects, as assigned. Additionally, our HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting in developing and maintaining our culture of the highest level of guest service and teamwork across departments, as well as supporting our team with basic HR-related matters, questions, concerns and projects.

Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • 1-3 years' previous experience working as an administrative assistant, office manager, or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint
  • Must be able to type at least 40 WPM
  • Ability to work successfully both autonomously and together with a team
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Propensity for a high degree of confidentiality & the ability handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong capacity for timeliness & dependability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capability & willingness to work part-time hours (15-18 hours/wk)
  • Hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual skills in both Spanish & English a plus but not required
