If so, Zermatt Utah may have just the career opportunity for you! We are seeking friendly and detail-oriented individual to fill full-time & part-time Reservations Agent positions.

Located in Midway, Utah, just minutes from Park City, Zermatt Utah offers over 300 beautiful guest rooms and several state-of-the-art amenities such as an expansive Conference Center, Bakery (recently awarded Best of State), restaurants, Spa & Wellness Center, and more. The qualified Reservations Agent will assist with managing & booking reservations for group, corporate, tour, leisure, social & transient guests.

Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answering department telephones & assisting callers with lodging reservations; will handle various types of reservations, both groups, leisure, etc.
  • Processing online bookings & updating reservation status in the system.
  • Posting and tracking advance deposits. 
  • Processing and reviewing daily reports.
  • Communicating information regarding guests and groups to Front Office team, Reservations Manager, Conference Services and Sales. 
  • Performing general office duties including typing, data entry and filing.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Reservations Manager or the Director of Guest Services.

This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.  Some hospitality/reservations experience is preferred but not required.  Previous experience with Microsoft Office software is required; experience working with Opera hospitality software is preferred but not required. Must have strong written & verbal communication skills and guest service skills, as well as problem-solving ability. Must have a flexible schedule & the ability to work evenings, holidays, & weekends (including Sundays), if needed. Must be able to sit, talk on the phone & operate a computer for extended periods of time.
