Are you a team oriented, detail-minded individual?  Do you enjoy helping a team drive success?  Do you want to work for a company with a great culture that values employee well-being and continuous improvement?  Zermatt Utah is searching for an Administrative Assistant for our Sales Department and Conference Center to provide administrative support to our Sales team and Conference guests.  In this full time, year-round position, the Sales and Conference Center Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers
  • Open, attend and close the Business Center
  • Maintain the Sales and Business center filing systems
  • Update records in the Sales team database
  • Organize contracts for clients
  • Assist Sales team in conducting property tours
  • Receiving and distributing inbound sales calls
  • Communicating sales and conference guest needs to resort departments
  • Assemble press kits and group packets
  • Assist conference center guests with printing, copying, shipping and other needs
  • Resort Shipping, receiving & interoffice and guest mail management
  • Order and maintain office and business center supplies
  • Communicate daily events and update event boards
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements include a high school diploma and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.  Prior administrative assistant or office manager experience and working knowledge in OPERA, MICROS, Delphi and/or MS Office a plus but not required.  Will train the right person.  Salary $35,000-$40,000 DOE.
