Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa, located in Midway Utah, is seeking an Homeowner Services Liaison to join our amazing team! The Homeowner Services Representative position is a part-time. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • The first point of contact for homeowners of the Villas, Suites and Villages at Zermatt Resort
  • Respond to emails, voicemails and phone calls within 24 hours
  • Take owner reservations and enter into Opera
  • Take owner Friends and Family reservations
  • Charge owner and owner guest cleaning fees daily
  • Put in work orders and follow up to make sure repairs are completed.
  • Check upcoming reservations daily to make sure the owner unit is ready, if it has any maintenance issues to contact the owner and notify them so they are aware upon arrival.
  • Train front desk staff and be point of contact for questions regarding owner reservations procedures and protocols
  • Train reservations staff and be point of contact for questions regarding owner reservations procedures and protocols
  • Schedule real estate showings, put the room out of service, notify housekeeping of the showings and confirm the unit is ready for the showing
  • Inspect units as needed for upgrades and maintenance issues
  • Assist with the implementation of upgrades including coordinating with housekeeping or vendor access to units and blocking rooms.
  • Be able to work well with other departments including clear and concise communication
  • Put units in and out of service as needed for maintenance issues

Must be flexible with evening and weekend shifts.
